Numpty The Numbat, is also known as a banded anteater. Native to Australia, this small endangered marsupial has a long sticky tongue that allows him to pick up ants & termites. It is estimated that there are only about 1000 numbats left due to habitat loss and predators like foxes and feral cats.

The mediums used to create this beautiful artwork was soft pastels on Pastemat Paper. The artwork comes framed in a solid timber frame and is ready to hang.

Numpty measures 500mm x 350mm (total frame size is 664 x 514mm) and the custom made solid timber frame has been both V-nailed and glued for extra strength. The glass is "Art Glass" which has 99% UV protection and the matboard is museum grade.

The artwork comes signed (bottom right - photo was taken before signing) and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
